Mark was last years players player of the year and didnt he deserve it! he played through a number of injuries last year and still alot of the time, he was the best player on the park.

Mark is a very good reader of the game and this helps him alot when playing for the Plough as he is asked to play as a sweeper. Mark rarely loses the ball in a challenge either in the air or on the ground. Mark is not the prettiest player to watch as a lot of the time he uses any part of him to get the ball clear(namely his knee and his hand) but the job always gets done.

He is a valuable member to the Plough side and with him in the side, they look a far more organised unit.
